Cashews: soaked 2 cups
Water: 11 oz
Lemon juice: 8 oz
Salt: 1/2 tbsp
Ginger: grated fresh 1 tbsp
Turmeric: grated fresh 1/2 tbsp
Sumac: 4 tbsp
Za' atar: 2 tbsp
Beet shot: 2 tbsp
Method
Place everything in the Vitamix and blend on high for 3 minutes.
