In the days following your cleanse we recommend you gently phase back into a normal diet by focusing on foods that are easy on the digestive system.

  • Favor soups (plant based)
  • Favor warm salads/ cooked vegetables
  • Favor lean meats like chicken or white fish
  • Favor hot teas
  • Favor foods with both fiber AND “clean” protein (nuts, seeds, and sprouted legumes)
  • Avoid fried foods
  • Avoid iced drinks
  • Avoid fruit and vegetable based smoothies (favor one or the other)
  • Avoid processed foods
  • Avoid red meats
  • Avoid gluten or dairy (if you have an intolerance)
  • Avoid cold foods like ice cream
  • Avoid caffeine and sugar
  • Avoid sweets and candy

If you want to introduce items from the avoid list back into your diet, choose one or two items and add them back slowly, instead of shocking your system by adding too many back at once.
